Installation is the critical process to have your wood floor to last for years and years we cover every aspect on the installation process to ensure that your floor will be proper installed. After the selection of wood to be installed we will make order and delivery at your location.
We recommend the wood stay stored in your location for 48 hours pior the installation to stabilize to the new environment.

This process usually is divide by 3 pass of different grain of sand paper from the corse one to the fine. Finishing a new floor is a process to sanding the wood to have a uniform surface. We start off sanding the floors with a rough grit sand paper then we move to a finer grit for the las t a very fine grit screen to have the surface smooth.

Refinishing Existing Floors is a 3-steps process. We start off sanding the floors with a rough grit sand paper to ensure all of the existing polyurethane and/or stain is completely removed. Then we move to a finer sand paper to smooth the floor. Finally, we buff the floors with a very fine grit screen which ensures a super smooth surface for finishing.
If is desired apply different color to the wood we apply a coat of stain color sample direct on the floor to be choose, today we have a large variety of colors ask for the color palete.
For retaining the natural beauty, we apply 3 solid coats of commercial grade oil-base polyurethane or environmentally friendly water-base polyurethane.
In between the coats of polyurethane, we do a very fine sanding to ensure the correct bonding of the polyurethane and a smooth finish coat.
